ABOUT US

We are a ministry of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification [FFWPU]

Also known as the Unification Movement, the FFWPU is comprised of families from around the world striving to establish a world of peace and unity among all peoples, races, cultures and religions as envisioned by Rev and Mrs. Sun Myung Moon, our founders. At the age of 16, Rev. Moon had a spiritual encounter with Jesus on Easter Sunday while praying on a mountaintop in Korea. Since then, he has dedicated his life together with his wife, Hak Ja Han Moon, to bring about world peace. The Unification Movement has become the fastest growing religious movement in the lifetime of its founder and has inspired people around the world to come together in unity as One Family Under God.

We follow the teachings of the Bible and the Divine Principle written by Rev. Sun Myung Moon, which seeks to illuminate applicable life principles found the Bible, other religious teachings & world philosophies. Inspired by the traditions of our founders, we live our lives with the heart of making God the center of our day-to-day experiences and attending Him as our Heavenly Parent.

As our Heavenly Parent, we believe that God continuously longs to bring all His children back home to His loving embrace. We follow His model dedicating ourselves to build loving families of true love.

Our Pastor’s couple

With a calling for ministry and family- Pastor Hebangja & Grace are passionate to help others live to their fullest potential as sons and daughters of God and create God-centered families where the experience of true love, happiness and peace abound.

Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Russia, Pastor Hebangja and Grace have been blessed in marriage since April 16, 2022. Together, they bring youthful passion, hope for the future and an international and intercultural experience to our community. They also bring experiences from Youth and Young Adult Ministry, caregiving, church consultation and project management. They are proud to call Indianapolis, Indiana their home sweet home, having started their married life here and are excited for what God has in store for the Indianapolis Family Church.

Since his call to ministry, Pastor Hebangja has been a devout student of the true heart of Jesus through the teachings of Father and Mother Moon and has developed a strong passion for sharing it with the world through sermons, one on one conversations and small group studies.
